What you’ll do
Demonstrate strong leadership in developing a marketing vision including implementation, campaign execution, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, while maintaining a consistent brand image and delivering measurable impact on growth.
Your tasks will include:
Translating strategic direction into actionable plans, ensuring campaigns are data-driven, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives.
Define and monitor clear KPIs and success metrics for all marketing initiatives to ensure a measurable impact on revenue and brand equity.
Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, events, PR) that drive engagement and lead generation.
Ensure tight alignment with Sales and Product teams for consistent messaging and positioning across all touchpoints.
Oversee content strategy, including thought leadership, blogs, and social media, to strengthen Isabel’s voice in the market.
Implement marketing dashboards for real-time performance tracking and actionable insights.
Use data analytics and automation tools to improve campaign efficiency and personalization and improve conversion rates.
Maintain a coherent and authentic brand image across all communication channels.
Develop and manage PR strategies to enhance Isabel’s reputation and visibility in the financial sector.
Build strong relationships with media and industry influencers to secure positive coverage.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing specialists to foster high performance and innovation.
Manage external agencies and partners, ensuring strategic alignment and quality delivery.
Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the marketing team.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and agencies to optimize cost efficiency.
Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to marketing operations.
Job requirements
What makes you a great fit
We’re looking for someone who will be responsible for designing and piloting a data-driven, customer-centric marketing strategy that accelerates revenue growth and strengthens Isabel
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Minimum 8+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
Proven success in B2B marketing within financial services and/or experience in a high-volume, low margin B2B environment.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, analytics, and digital advertising.
Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
Hands-on, collaborative and resourceful, capable of leading while also executing
Strong financial acumen confident in budget ownership and ROI-focused decision-making
A track record of successful B2B marketing campaigns with an external agency
Ability to connect marketing activities to commercial outcomes such as ARR growth, CAC improvements, conversion optimization and higher win rates
Openness to challenge and be challenged with authenticity and care
A clear, concise and creative communicator in campaign development, reporting and daily collaboration
