What you’ll do

Isabel’s Young Graduates Program is designed for talented young graduates (with maximum 1-2 -years' experience) who are eager to kickstart their career in IT !

Are you interested in a role as Software Engineer, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer or Systems/Network & Cloud Engineer ? 

You’re in the right place! During your first 12 months at Isabel, you'll get a taste of multiple disciplines and build hands-on experience on the path towards your dream role.

Make your choice(s) and start your career

•    Create & deliver: See how it feels to be part of a cross-functional scrum team!  As Software Engineer, you will combine programming, refining using virtual whiteboards, testing and delivering. 

•    Deploy, run & monitor: DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering? Deploy components in an automated way and monitor their health to keep them running in our production environment.

•    Connect everything: We're in cloud, on-prem and have many end user devices. Top- notch security combined with making things easy to use.

•    Build the foundations: Virtualization, platforms as a service, databases as a service or even serverless. Help us implement the best solutions in cloud or on-prem. 

•    Enable your colleagues: Passionate about end-user IT? Help build a superb digital experience for all and facilitate true collaboration in the new normal of the hybrid workplace

The role requires comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs, requirements, and technologies. Continuous learning, adaptability, and ongoing improvement are core to how the team operates and how success in this role is defined.

You’ll thrive in this role if you: 

Must Have Expertise

Master’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Willingness to dive into the code of a large software product and learn quickly.

Ability to realistically plan your own work, work independently and reliably, coordinate your work with team members, and be open and honest in communication.

Native in Dutch or French and professional fluency in English
