What you’ll do

Drives operational excellence by optimizing CRM infrastructure, automating workflows, and delivering actionable insights that accelerate pipeline velocity and improve conversion rates across multiple product lines. Is the backbone of Isabel’s commercial engine, ensuring seamless alignment between Marketing and Sales through robust systems, clean data, and structured experimentation. 

Your tasks will include: 

 

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot for Sales and Marketing operations. 

  • Ensure data integrity, governance, and audit-ready reporting standards. 

  • Lead ongoing data clean-up and maintain high-quality segmentation. 

  • Connect Marketing and Sales into one unified, scalable revenue system. 

  • Own funnel strategy, system design, and performance insights to improve conversion and pipeline velocity. 

  • Develop and implement automated workflows for marketing campaigns and sales processes. 

  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operations and scale CRM capabilities. 

  • Drive structured experimentation with a fast-moving, execution-focused mindset (2-week experimental loop). 

  • Design and scale growth playbooks to improve operational excellence and enable scalable growth. 

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, content marketing, events, and email. 

  • Optimize LinkedIn ads performance with consistent CTR growth. 

  • Support inbound and outbound marketing efforts including SEO, webinars, and cold outreach. 

  • Deliver actionable performance insights through advanced metrics and reporting systems. 

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to streamline workflows and improve operational outcomes. 

  • Build materials, training, and playbooks to ensure commercial readiness and accelerate deal closure. 

Job requirements

What makes you a great fit 

We’re looking for someone who will drives operational excellence by optimizing CRM infrastructure, automating workflows, and delivering actionable insights that accelerate pipeline velocity and improve conversion rates across multiple product lines.

You’ll thrive in this role if you: 

  • 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, or CRM Management roles.  

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or financial services is highly desirable. 

  • Demonstrated success in optimizing CRM systems, improving conversion rates, and driving pipeline velocity. 

  • Strong understanding of data integrity, governance frameworks, and ability to build audit-ready reporting systems. 

  • Expertise in funnel strategy, pipeline analytics, and conversion optimization to accelerate revenue growth. 

  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, paid media, SEO, email marketing) and ability to optimize CTR and ROI. 

  • Familiarity with growth frameworks, A/B testing, and iterative experimentation cycles to scale successful playbooks. 

  • Ability to integrate MarTech tools, implement automation, and leverage AI-driven marketing solutions. 

  • Skilled at working with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align processes and objectives.
